Our jewelry is expertly crafted from S925 silver and titanium, both of which are water-resistant🚿 and anti-rust. This means they can be safely worn during activities like showering, sleeping😴, and sports. However, we recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals—such as shampoo, perfume, and cosmetics—as these may make the jewelry color fade / oxidize. Wipe off water and sweat on jewelry to make it last longer.
Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our jewelry is crafted with sensitive-skin friendly materials, making it suitable for most people without causing any allergic reactions🤗. However, individual reactions can vary, so we recommend discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We wont let princesses waiting for so long, typically it takes 1-3 business days to receive your order after we send your parcel 🤗 We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday).
How to track my order?
Once your order have been mailed, we will send you the tracking code to your Email.🤗
Can I exchange an item?
